      I have been a customer for over 10 years with City. There have been numerous issues with my balance not reflecting correctly, and now dealing with several fraudulent charges on my account had me ready to close all accounts, and switch. However I am pleased that Brett has returned to CNB, and I am staying because in the past it was him, and another previous manager who got things taken care of quickly. You are only as good as your staff, and Im pleased with the staff in Hurricane. P.s. Faith CSR has a fantastic customer service approach.

      To everyone out there just wanna say don’t ever bank with city national I’ve been trying to get a account closed for weeks now and they keep pushing off telling me “oh it has to be escalated” or “sorry there’s pending transactions” i don’t know if it’s there way of trying to retain customers but def makes for not having to worry about losing them plus I don’t have over draft protection which means it should NOT allow things to go threw if they money isn’t there and they still let it and get charged a over draft on top of it just my experience never bank with them once I get done hopefully at some point getting the accounts closed now as I wanted just one originally now I’m closing them all I’ll never go back
