      Do not use this location. If you have an issue with your account the manager will not speak to you. She just has a teller tell you she can’t help you. The city on 3rd is very helpful and has fixed my problem or at least explained why they can’t 100% of the time after calling this one and being told there’s nothing they can do to help me and refusing to assist me. This has happened multiple times.
