      I filed a complaint with City Bank about a month ago and I told them a $115.35 transaction with a hotel was not me. I informed them my phone was compromised and I did not reserve the room. I called the number they gave me and requested a refund but the company refused and I placed a dispute with city bank. 10 days go by and they issue a provisional credit and I hear nothing else. Now I get a email not showing anything of value and my claim denied and they put $115.35 charge on my bank account. DO NOT WORK WITH CITY BANK IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

      The lady who works the drive thru always has an attitude when I bring my business deposits there. It like it’s an inconvenience to her to have a large deposit and change order to process.
