      It I could give it zero starts I would. Lack of customer service skills . Jessica sits at her desk pretending to be a manager and Kasey doesn’t know what she’s doing or how to communicate anything to any customers after 10 minutes of waiting I asked what the issue was after discussing how long their coworkers had been gone they actually specified what they were doing . Chris the manager told them the correct procedure but still why leave them completely untrained for that significant period of time
