      Lilly gets 5 stars.. the bank policy on closing my unneeded account gets zero stars. I'm having to keep an account that is absolutely no use to me. I think if I have no negative balance I should be able to close it when I choose. Not have the bank tell me when I can. I'm in another state. I don't need the service but can't close it for another 6 months.. yet keep adding my money to it for the bank fees. I feel like I'm being held hostage by the banks fine print.
