  Have to jump through hoops lit on fire just to get a check cashed. Sarah was very fake and pretended very hard to care about my business there. My company and I was profiled and that led to a security check. Nothing was resolved and we had to walk away with check. Very unprofessional.

  Look, I really like you guys. Any time I come in person, service is quick. But today marks the second time I have tried to call the branch, and I have not had anybody answer the phone. I call the branch number, and I know you guys may get busy, but I just find it real hard to believe that I don't get an answer well after 7 minutes of waiting. All I was needing was to get my checking and routing numbers. I tried the automated system, but it REQUIRES my account number, which I do not know, in order to get the help I need. I like you guys, but a little bit of phone service would really be appreciated sometimes.

Our call center answers calls as expediently as possible, however if you are calling the branch direct many times they are busy assisting other customers and have limited access to incoming calls.
