  Linda and Ann Marie are awesome at this branch. Linda is very knowledgeable and detail oriented when it came to helping me get my auto loan. She works faster than the desktop scanner she has (the company should get her a faster one). Ann Marie has answered several of my in depth questions regarding the loan as I'm someone that just needs the basics, I am very detailed myself.

  If your looking for a credit union that respects your time and provides clear communication, look elsewhere. Opened share account with significant other in hopes of building a relationship with a local credit union. Waited 2 weeks for personal loan application to be reviewed after being submitted. Linda called and said personal loan was approved. Only to find out hours before requesting time off work the next day to sign loan docs, loan was only approved for less than half of requested amount. Despite being told the previous afternoon it was approved for amount requested. Even discussed what was need to pay off debt elsewhere. Not only was 2 weeks our time wasted, but also took a hit on credit score due to hard pull.

  Responding to the previous review: I'm Caucasion, but "not from around here," and I get treated badly too, like I'm suspicious and derogatory comments. The women there have no work ethic and no manners. I've seen one at the "management" level try to provoke and pick an argument to avoid answering my questions about a loan application. It was clear to me in a few minutes that she didn't know, and didn't want to show that she didn't know her job. I also have concerns that information about one's banking, finances, etc., aren't always treated with confidentiality.
