      I’ve just been blown away again and again at how rude and incompetent these people are. They couldn’t be bothered to help me at all with a mortgage. I could not get a phone call or email returned in a timely fashion (needless to say they lost my business on that one). Then I decided to give them another chance for an auto loan. They just seem clueless. They are impossible to get a hold of and when you do they seem grossly under qualified to answer any of my questions. To top it off they’re just unpleasant. They will be losing my business on this loan as well. The only reason they have any accounts left in my name is because I haven’t made the time to go down and take my money and close them. If you want any customer service I would strongly recommend you seek out another bank.
