  After having gone through the mortgage/home buying process twice before, my highest priorities for deciding on a lender this time around was level of service/responsiveness and professionalism of the entire staff that would be assisting me through the mortgage process. Among the 4 lenders I was choosing between, Jodi Shulman's team at Citywide Home Loans not only excelled at these but far outdistanced the other lenders. From the beginning I could tell that Jodi and her team not only valued my business, but had my best interest at heart during EVERY step of the process. The honesty displayed by Jodi and her team when explaining my options and answering all of my questions, as well as when assisting me with evaluating the competing lenders' quotes, was refreshing as much as it was greatly appreciated. I not only received the best interest rate and lowest closing costs, but also received a level of personal service that I had not seen in my 2 prior home purchases. I not only highly recommend Jodi and her team but would go so far as to say that not considering Jodi Shulman and her team Citywide Home Loans and would be a big financial mistake.   Our friends highly recommended that we contact Jodi Showman for our new home purchase, and we are so glad that we did! Her office staff is extremely professional and they responded to our emails incredibly quickly (even on a holiday). Everyone told us that there was no way that our closing timing for our home sale and purchase were going to work, but Jodi must have worked very hard to pull it all off. From our perspective, we thought that's just how things went and it was amazingly smooth and stress-free (we had no idea of everything that was happening in the background by her and her team). We would recommend Jodi to all of our friends, family and anyone else that wants the best and most professional experience with loans.
