      I tried working with this company to close a deal. They knew I had only a short time to close and I was told they could do it. They just contacted yesterday saying they will need another 25 days to close even with me contributing 25% of down payment, origination fee, and closing costs. They did not even bother ordering the appraisal until a WEEK after they said they would, AKA YESTERDAY. I highly recommend not working with these people. They will NO urgency for your deal. Do not work with Eli Marcus. Do not work with Civic Financial Services. Now, I have 1 business day to figure out another solution as we close on April 12th.

      I’m not sure how they got so many good reviews, but this company is hell to deal with. I have been trying to close the loan for Over 3 months. It took them about 5weeks to review my application and provide me with the list of condition. I have provided all requested docs the next day, since that day it taking them another 5 months to clear the conditions. Every week they are keep coming up with new items they need and new condition. Even now I signed all docs on Friday and my title company reached out to me today (Tuesday)saying they found some new conditions that needs to get cleared before they can fund. I’m laughing at this point and really just want to cancel my loan.
