      Gonna keep this simple; You have to pay for parking to visit your bank, minimum garage fee is $3-4 unless you find a spot out on the street They RARELY answer the phone, which forces you to have to come in person. When I say RARE, I mean it. Imagine calling 2 days straight, and at one point calling for over an hour straight and not getting an answer. Let me make it clear, there is NO excuse for ANY financial institution to not answer calls. But this CU is the hardest to access, ergo, being busy is NOT a valid excuse. Customer service is poor. No smiles, attitude, barely listening, barely speaking, it feels like you're an inconvenience when you go there UNLESS, of course, you're one of their buddies/friends. I shouldn't have to come BACK after I explained to you the issue, pay attention. Go to another credit union, Firefighters is right down the street, Night and Day difference, but there's others like St Colman's that are excellent as well. This place is a literal Joke. I only wrote this so someone else wouldn't deal with the same Bs I had to.

      Why can't someone answer the phone? it is terrible..... I have been on hold for 30 minutes but the cue that I am in tells me my estimated wait time is 19 minutes....all bad!!!!!!!!
