      My car company ran my loan thru this bank. Terrible service, never got a statement, bill, or any info. Have to make cash payments at the branch because of their low access payment options. Even then use a automatic teller portal. No personal interaction, just give me the money!

There are a variety of ways you can make payments on your new loan with Clackamas. With Digital Banking, you can transfer money between your accounts. You can also set up an ACH payment from a different financial institution. We offer loan pay online and via phone for a small fee. And, as you experienced, you can always stop by a branch or mail us a check to make a payment. While we do have Interactive Teller Machines in branches to help complete transactions, there are always Member Advocates available to help answer questions, or learn more about your new loan.
