  Have never had a problem with these guys, aside from the fact that they used to require payments to be cash, check, or money order. Much nicer now that they can accept debit and credit cards.

  Please, if you ever need any type of loan, do not use Clanton Financial Services. I've been doing business with them for three years and the whole entire time I have been harassed, mistreated, publicly humiliated, and one of the workers (Miss Betty) has completely laughed in my face. She is very rude and has no experience in how to deal with the public especially when Mr Ernest is not in, she believes that she runs the place. They will accuse you of being behind on a payment and threaten to reposses any sercurity that you have attached to your loan because they have misplaced your paperwork of your most recent payment. Their equipment is very old and outdated, there has been numerous occasions where my payment has been posted to a different note because they have inexperienced employees and lack of technology.. honestly I could go on and on but it will all boil down to the point that there are several loan companies in Clanton, and this is not one that you should even consider using.
