I cannot say enough about the great customer service that we received at this bank! After a year of very disappointing time and money wasted at another local bank, Clarion County Community Bank was very professional from the start. Lora Ball was great to work with. I would recommend CCCB to anyone looking for a new bank.

We have tried to use the online banking, even called the bank for assistance. They never followed through to help us with the problems we encountered, not to mention being put on hold and then hung up on. Update, Make sure that you call the bank to do any sort of transfer, or better yet, go in person. I used the online banking to transfer monies, and for some reason it didn't go thru. And to make it worse, this bank charged us an overdraft fee, even though it was their fault.
