  I have used this location when I am in the area as I usually use the Windmill site. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I just wish they had a drive thru.

  WORST Financial institution I have EVER dealt with in my life. Operates like it’s in a third world country. Makes errors REPEATEDLY & charges customer. DOES NOT protect your account if you report fraud, w/ evidence, which is illegal. Makes mistakes, then reports YOU to credit bureau. Has no legal dept within it’s organization. Bank manager is about 12 yrs old, has zero knowledge, financial education, or authority. Her job is to bat eyelashes, ignorantly give big smile & tell you she doesn’t know & can’t do anything…she’s a wind up barbie-doll. Online Cust Svc run by 3rd party CONSTANTLY gives you wrong info; when you tell the actual bank their ph line made a big error, they won’t take responsibility; tell you their customer service service is contracted out…you shouldn’t listen to them, so tough beans. HATE THIS BANK - GIANT RIP OFF. Reporting them to state banking regulators. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! P.S. You will NEVER receive a dividend as advertised.

  Unfortunately I fell victim to one of the recent scams while I was busy at work on February 23rd. I immediately reported it and went through all the steps with the fraud department. It was scary, I'm young and I've never gone through anything like this. But after seeking guidance from multiple people the way this has been handled has been completely wrong. It took a while to get new checkings/savings accounts set up and in the meantime I was left in my own to struggle with absolutely no funds. I have received no call back since February 25th and I never received the document that was supposed to be sent over to me via email. And despite me informing them that I have to possibly pay for my dog's surgery on March 9th there has been no progress on returning my funds. It's been 12 days and I have not received my funds. The fact that my information was allowed to be leaked by Clark county credit alongside how this situation has been handled has proven that they are an untrustworthy and unfit bank. I just want my funds back so I can be able to pay for my dog's surgery. It's safe to say that I will be choosing a different bank after this. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated at this point.
