      On signing day one of signing partners my dad who is 82 years old needed to use the restroom. The rude receptionist said due to covid the restroom was unavailable. The stupidest , most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Very uneducated and rude. Signing was delayed while my dad had to drive to the courthouse to use there's. This lady representing Clarke Title should be fired. The signing went fine but would never recommend or use them again when purchasing another property.

      i ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE ESCROW AGENT THAT WOULD HANDLE MY FILE, AND SHE WAS MEAN WITH AN ANSWER AND SAID: "I DON'T KNOW JUST DELIVER IT TO ME AND I WILL RECEIVE IT" THEN I ASK FOR HER NAME AND SHE GAVE ME NO LAST NAME SO EVERYTHING STARTED TO SOUND FISHY. THEN I LOOK FOR REVIEWS AND EVERYBODY SAYS THEY ARE EXPENSIVE SO MY CLIENT DECIDED TO CHANGE TITLE COMPANY AFTER ALL THIS FACTS
