      I have been a loyal customer of classic cash for 6+ months cashing my paycheck with them weekly without issue. Every time I was met with a friendly smile and excellent customer service from one of two different ladies that work here. They are always a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately I encountered a very rude and curt male employee today that turned my experience with this company sour almost immediately. This rude bald employee all but throws my check back at me while loudly asserting that "company policy" prevented them from cashing my check. That's funny, considering I've been getting my checks cashed here weekly for many months. And this man offered no explanation whatsoever and stood there with a frown on his face waiting for me to leave. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, unwelcome, and the rude employee's tactless lack of customer service skills has pushed me to take my business elsewhere.
