I don't like that they waited till the last minute to tell me that they need more info. By law, they have to give an answer approved or denied 3 days before closing. It is simple approved or denied, kept changing the closing date also they kept telling me to add my fiance on the title when the agreement was only under my name. Failed mortgage last minute lost the house.
