      We have two different auto loans through CFCU. Every single transaction with them is "eventful". The web site is seemingly down more than up. They are one of those institutions that feels obligated to hit you with extra charges. They seem to spend a good bit of money towards marketing, perhaps they should upgrade their IT Department and improve their website and customer service skills. I was forced to give them one star. They deserve less.
