  I had a great experience with the team at Clearwater Capital Group and was able to close on my home in less than 30 days! I tried to go to Citi Bank to get a loan for my home and had a horrible experience. Citi didn't return many of my calls, was not clear about what I needed to close and was ultimately never able to provide the loan for me. Clearwater Capital Group always picked up when I called, was very responsive and clear about next steps and walked me through the whole process. Please stop going to the "big banks" and go to Clearwater Capital Group for your mortgage needs. I will definitely be back when I want to refinance.

  I worked with clearwater to find the right lender for my first home purchase. They were very helpful in getting me to understand what was required for me to qualify for my loan. I worked specifically with Jean, who was so AWESOME! He made me a priority and took extra steps to help guide me down the right path. I probably called him 30x a day asking random questions about the purchase process 🤣 and he answered them all! The lender that we chose gave me a great rate and also offered an online home buyer’s course that I could complete at my convenience, which saved me a ton of time from sitting in the 8 hour seminar that is usually required. Jean helped me to understand how my credit affects my down payment and my interest rates and made sure I didn’t make any outrageous purchases that would effect my approval for closing. Purchasing my home alone was very daunting, but he literally held my hand the entire way and was even present at my closing. He’s like family now! ☺️ I’d recommend them 10X over!!!!
