I have worked with MANY banks and credit unions and only ever been partially satisfied with lenders quickly and effectively getting things done…. Until Sara Zeier became my lender. Just WOW. She is fast, responsive, extremely helpful and will point you in the right direction every time. I will continue to use CLEARWATER just because she’s here…. As a business owner, we don’t have time to show up, sign documents right away or do all the petty things some lenders require. Sara gets it done, every time. Hands down, best banker ever. Extremely saddened; I’ve had a checking account and a savings account with them since I was 16 years old, over 22 years, got a credit card with them four years ago. Financed two vehicles through them. But because I didn’t use my account for a year, they stole the amount that was keeping my savings account open, closed my checking account, as well as my credit card account. I hope their statistical numbers look really good, getting rid of these inactive accounts. I had hoped that maybe one day if I ended up back in Missoula, I could have the same account I started when I was a child, but obviously this is not the Missoula federal credit union I joined up with back in the day. Congratulations Clearwater.
