      I asked for $205 dollars from the ATM and without asking if the amount was correct or confirming the amount I asked for, they assumed I said $500 dollars and deducted it without question or pause. And had the nerve to tell me they heard a different number, no apology whatsoever! I though I would save myself some time going to Cliff's but now I have to spend more time go to my bank from Cliff's to redeposit this extra cash I didn't need. Truly a waste of my time and money!

      if I could give them negative points I would very rude not patient at all not people persons that's working there. Need different customer service reps. I have a big old sign up there that says loans but they don't do loans. Talk about false advertising
