Loan customer service reps are utterly disgusting to deal with...made me come alllll the way out of character dealing with someone who has absolutely NO CLUE what customer service is. I will neeeevvveeeer deal with Cliffs again. Summer and Alex can go Straight to Hell.

Victoria is rude and very unprofessional I came in to cash in my money order which was $250 she didn't look at my money order she didn't take my money order I didn't even get to pull it out of my purse she was on her cell phones laughing and talking to whoever she was talking to soon as I walked in and told her I was cashing a money order she turned me around and said that it will take 4 to 5 business days it doesn't take that long to verify money order I do work for Ace Cash Express and had I been a secret shopper she would have failed the customer service is horrible
