  Cody walked me through a refinance on my home. I had a ton of questions, and Cody never made me feel rushed or pressured, unlike the big box loan shops. That really made an impression on me. He is super kind and laid back, but he also kept me perfectly informed about where we were at in the process. I would totally recommend Cody, he was awesome to work with!

  Where do I begin, Cody is an amazing person! We originally met him through my son. Cody was the agent that found my son his first home. He was that person that did everything he could for a smooth transaction dealing with a first time buyer. We observed first hand his dedication so we utilized Cody to refinance our home. Same experience a seemless process with Cody, he goes above and beyond. Then my husband and I decided it was time to move out of state, of course first agent that comes to mind is Cody. He listed our home and it sold very quickly. Cody staged an Open House on our home with excellent results. He takes the time to communicate with the potential buyers and provides us with the feedback.Oh and I forgot to mention he was also the agent we utilized on our out of state home. Cody is like family to us, actually better than some of our family. His dedication, perseverance and vast knowledge of the real estate industry is what keeps us coming back. Thank you again Cody, you are an amazing individual!!
