Me personally had a great & quick experience ! I opened my savings account she asked if I wanted to try checking but credit score has to be a certain limit & what do you know I was approved and got everything I needed right then and there . I forgot her name but she was very polite and super quick & told me everything I needed to know. My first time experience at Cloverbelt on 24th street near Stewart Ave was by far the best branch .. now the one on mcindoe in Wausau is another story and they are so rude the older lady looked at me as if I didn’t even have business walking inside the bank to deposit my check in the first place , and put almost a 2 week hold on it which I’m trying to be patient about but yeah the experience their sucked & I’m still not happy with the cold shoulder the woman gave I could honestly barely speak to her she just instantly held it and have me a slip with the day of release on it but I’m still giving the stars owed to the company that deserves . Again best experience CLOVERBELT ON 24th St NEAR STEWART AVE IN WAUSAU !!!

Opened an account. The lady who does the opening lied and said I needed to have at least a hundred in checking to open it. (I'm willing to bet she judged me and didn't think I had it). She also asked what I did for a profession. I said I was self employed. They went ahead and put disability on my employment. When I started depositing my business checks, it was then brought to my attention that the lady who opened my account put as she pleased for my employment. Can't begin to understand why but, they have some rude employees from this branch to the Schofield branch. NOT a good first month impression.
