      CLR Title is the least ethical business I have encountered in a decade of Real Estate. It's not hard to see why their owner, Adam Bell, managed to pull only 19% of the vote in his failed congress attempt. CLR Title sent over $100k in my proceeds to a fraud account for nearly a month while ignoring me every step of the way and instead of an apology I find myself in small claims court while they deny all responsibility. They rather take a customer to court than do what's morally right. Adam said he couldn't afford 1,500 as compensation for my damages. He said he'd have to shut the doors of his 15yr business. Don't do business with a company 1,500 bucks away from closing their doors or a leader that rather lie and cheat than do the right thing.
