      My mortgage lender, Scott, recommended this company for a loan. The woman came to my house and gave the appraisal but did not include my property's value, which is the most important part of the appraisal. She cited so many things wrong which I fixed and I still did not get the loan. I only thought predatory lending throughout this whole process. That appraiser made derogatory and racist comments about my family. She was from somewhere in Eastern Europe. Now I need the appraisal amount to give to my property tax lawyer and this company refuses to give it to me, only stating quote, "I apologize for your issues with the appraisers, we use outside companies.They do not work for us directly, the appraisal was on the last attached email, do you need anything else?" When I said I need the amount, twice in an email, they ignored me. Now I will have to pay more in property taxes since they did not provide me with the information that I paid them to include on the appraisal.
