      The CMG Financial team made me feel like part of their family as I was purchasing my new home. (closed in August 2018) They were always accessible when I needed answers and explanations to questions. Andrew, Danielle :-) and the rest of the CMG team are a great bunch of people and if you are looking to be part of a family atmosphere you need to look no further. They get the job done!!!!

      Absolutely horrible to get a hold of. Waited online for customer service, decided to opt for a call back so selected that number where it “holds my place in queue”. They called me back 34 minutes later for it to immediately divert to someone’s voicemail (at 1:50pm) and I STILL didn’t get a call back. This was not my first time trying to get a hold of them with exhausting results. Just the first time I’ve been annoyed enough to leave a review. **update** it’s been 24 hours and still no response had to call again

      Frustrated with their auto payment system and the support for it. Of the 6 loan companies I have used, this is the only to have such a frustration with the autopayment. The support is little help. Now I have to make sure I manually send in a payment at the first of every month... for the life of the loan... come on!
