  CMG has been there for our family through the whole process of buying our first home. They made each step easier, simpler and we were able to learn a lot from this process. Thank you CMG for helping us achieve our goal of buying our first home.

  Not the greatest experience unfortunately. This was our second purchase with them in 5 months and choose them the 2nd time because the 1st purchase was a great experience. BUT.. The 2nd experience not even remotely the same. Communication is a major problem with them. We had to spend a tremendous amount of time chasing after them to get things done and to get answers. Good luck getting emails or phone calls replied to in an appropriate amount of time. My title company and Realtor was very frustrated with them throughout the entire process due too lack of communication. Due to CMGs lack of handling things in a timely manor they even held up our closing. Reaching out to the Branch Manger Carry Ann did no good she did not even have the respect to return calls . Her assistant said that unfortunately this is a all to common problem and apologized many times for the lack of respect We received. We had sent them many new clients had planned to use them to purchase more homes every 6 months. But that will not be happening after this experience.

  Try for two months to set up bank auto pay. Sent in paper form twice. Last week guy on phone said in process. Talked to agent. Called Lydia. She sent text said apply online. Tried online several times referred to Facebook and foreign bookkeeping company that requires permission to hack all your information and sell to everybody
