      Of course I would recommend Mr. Rick Carrier and his team. They are excellent, they maintained constant communication with me explaining, updating me in relation to each new phase of the process and requesting all the requirements and documents that they must provide in a timely manner. I really appreciate your concern and diligent work on my loan. I am especially grateful, for the fact that I always had a person within his team speaking in Spanish with me, this made things too easy for me. Obtaining the loan for my new home with the help of Mr. Carrier and his team is the best decision I have ever made.

      I met Rick not by choice but through despair. I was conditionally approved pending appraisal. 10 days before my closing, my original lender had backed out. I was in shock, disbelief, and a state of panic. I even began to look at renewing my apartment lease. My realtor immediately recommended Rick at CMG financial. He quickly understood the circumstances and sense of urgency. He was patient with all of my questions as a new home buyer and communicated with me at all hours of the day to keep me informed and updated on my loan. Within 10 days, he was able to transfer the appraisal, get me approved, and closed on my dream home. Rick is not a miracle worker, he is just that good at what he does! He has gained a client for life and I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Rick at CMG!
