  My husband and I recently closed on our home with CMS Mortgage. Montrial & Michelle were an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I had a horrible previous experience with another mortgage lender and realtor. Montrial is a man of integrity, positivity, and is sincerely eager to see his clients succeed. Before meeting Montrial, we worked with a realtor for 3 months in which we were unsuccessful in this crazy market. After working with Montrial for THREE DAYS, Montrial found us a home, got our offer accepted, complete appraisal and inspection in about a week! Montrial truly has a gift with ensuring his clients are satisfied and we were left feeling like we were a part of Montrial's family. As well, Michelle was always professional, transparent, and eager to find solutions to any problem we may have faced. This dynamic duo was a complete pleasure to work with and I pray that God will continue to richly bless them and their families. I highly recommend working with Montrial and Michelle.

  Was a pleasure working with Anthony Campbell with CMS Mortgage. Anthony made everything as simple as possible from day one. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise to include helping me with my new construction purchase with a VA loan. Digital signatures and being able to upload all necessary documents makes it so much easier than in person. Highly recommend 10/10!!! Thanks again
