  Today is 10-13-2020 I have had my car since 9-22-2016 and never missed a payment till the Pandemic hit cause they have cut everyone’s hours at my work. I woke up and reminded you I just woke up and there is a repo truck in my driveway I even texted DOROTHY at 10:21am on 10-13-2020 that when my check clears in my account I would call and make a payment. The repo guy I told him to let me get in some clothes cause I am in a nightgown and I will get my stuff out well while I am changing clothes he takes off with my car with my all my stuff in it my wallet that has my drivers license my bank card Social Security cards and my work vest in it along with other stuff. Remind you I am only 7 days late on a payment. And they can’t do anything about it’s out of there hands plus ASHLEY is rude and always has an attitude. They should not treat there customer like this btw I got my car in NC and there located in VA so by the date of NC you have 90days to make a car payment. The JD BUY RIDER place I got my car from went bankrupt. I have tried to refinance this car but no one will refinance it cause they don’t want to deal with CNAC and I can see why. So if you want a car make sure it’s not CNAC bank you are dealing with cause they do not help you what do ever.

  They are the most unprofessional and annoying company I’ve ever dealt with. They call nonstop if they feel you are even an hour late on your payment. They even go as far as calling any of your references even though when you purchase your vehicle they say they just want names. This is a big lie because they call anyone on the list about business which should be personal. They even go as far to contacting you about your account through their personal devices which any other company would NOT do for security purposes. They actually could and should get in trouble for that reason alone. I wish would never have went into JD Byrider in Lynchburg, Virginia which is now known as Terry Auto Outlet. They have added an unnecessary stress to my life even AFTER wrecking my vehicle. I wasn’t even going to put 1 star, but I had to just to share my experience. I would never recommend this company.

  Worst company anyone can deal with likes to hang up on people. Over charges people on loans knowing the stress and financial burden people are having. Got a car worth only 7000 and was being charged over 17000 for it. I hope this company goes down soon they are nothing but a rip off
