      Man! I don’t even know where to start. This was my first time going through this process that I heard was grueling but to be 100% honest Loc from Coast2Coast Mortgage made it a walk in the park from the second we talked on the phone to the night before my official closing date. Prior to all of this, I have worked with a handful of lenders & not a single one of them came close to making me feel as comfortable as Loc did. I know I wasn’t the easiest client to work with due to certain circumstances but Loc went above & beyond to make sure that my wants & needs were met.       Never use this company . We went to closing after canceling 4 to 5 times finally and, it was a nightmare. The person that was doing our paperwork etc was just horrible to deal with I have never seen anything like this before ever. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company ..please research and find someone who will not jerk you around at every turn. You would think buying a home would be something great but it wasn't after dealing with this company. Also after closing you come to find out you don't even have money in your escrow account your actually at a negative balance.
