  I joined Coastal about six years ago, with some skepticism. I wanted a local bank and they were recommended. At first, there were some mistakes in setting up the account. But, the employees at the downtown Everett branch continually impressed me with how responsive, caring, and prompt they were in fixing things that came up. Years later, I now know I can count on this team to take care of my banking needs. Even through COVID, the branch employees have remained friendly, patient, and responsive. Thank you!

  Small time bank I like, but terrible customer service. I asked to have 24 months of statements either emailed or printed and they responded with $5 a month price. Needless to say I will be moving to another bank

Just wanted you to know one of our team members will be reaching out to you directly (offline) to see what we can do. In case you didn't realize, in most cases you can personally access up to 18 months of statements (if you're enrolled in e-statements) through your online banking.
