  Eversince 1995 during my days at IBM I decided that I wouldn't ever bank anywhere else! About 2 weeks ago or so I applied for alone so I can buy a truck and it was approved Perla the account manager at the Brier Creek location was a tremendous help with communications between her and the dealer it all worked out PERFECTLY!!! I CAN'T THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH

  It took 8 minutes, verification of a half dozen security questions, and a misogynistic claim that my wife was not the account holder of her vehicle that we had previously paid off with the credit union, and demand that I had to be on the phone as well, for their rep to tell us that the email from the credit union stating our "account has been locked for our protection" was an ERROR. 8 minutes Dear Credit Union - stop defaulting to putting a male name first on a joint account and the 'woman of the house' could get a lot more accomplished in an efficient manner when dealing with YOUR errors.

  I was approved for 20,000 Loan from SECU with the same credit I have now, I was denied by coastal federal credit union I was told by Liz that there are Urgent services I could apply for and they would help me she said if I didn't get the urgent funds that she had options to help me get the funds meanwhile that was denied again and she didn't even help me, my car insurance has canceled waiting three weeks for coastal federal, and my car has sat in the shop. I needed business products and other urgent bills and they would not help me I have one thing on my credit that I told them I could take care of they would not help me.
