      Great bank we've been customers 30 year's. tellers always helpful. loan dept was easy to work with when getting a loan. their free paper shredding service yearly was awesome too.

      Apparently you need an account to do literally anything here. Can't exchange coins without an account. I was turned away with no option to exchange with a fee. Employees don't wear masks in case anyone is wondering. Rude as can be. I certainly don't ever intend on opening an account here based off of this interaction.

      Bank policy is not posted and therefore changes according to who you are speaking with. And there’s one side to every issue - theirs. They are always right. Their attitude and demeanor with customers needs improvement. In truth, they are undependable and unprofessional. From an about to be 25 year former customer. The times are “a-changin”.
