      Do not call Coastal mortgage if you want to close a loan quickly. I was told everything I wanted to hear when I called. I was strung out for more than 2 months without even getting to the appraisal stage. I finally wised up and called another mortgage company. In 4 business days, I was farther than I had been after 2 months with Coastal Mortgage. Even after complaining, I was told I wold be contacted a couple days later to schedule an appraisal. I still was not called back. Do not waste your time with these guys like I did.
