Customer service is lacking, be prepared to be charged a 15 convenience fee since the app locks and won’t let you make a payment. If you can shop some where please do!

Hi, Isaac. For legal purposes, our policy does prevent online banking payments once the loan account is past due by 16 days or more. Thankfully, it is very easy to set up automatic recurring payments with no fee in both online banking and our mobile app to make sure you don’t accidentally forget about your due date. If you do anticipate that your payment will be late, please give us a call as soon as that becomes clear. Let’s work together and discuss some options.

I love the Lompoc branch so much! Everyone is always super friendly, and welcoming. Whether it's the tellers in person, drive thru, or sitting down and talking to someone, everyone has been super helpful. I even closed accounts at my other bank to move everything here! Definitely recommend!
