Have been member over 40 years and recently considered finding somewhere else to bank - the rates are great, but customer service had really gone down. But yesterday stopped by the branch at the OAFB BX and was blown away by the young people working there. Polite, smiling, happy to help. And they exceeded expectations by offering service - would I like some cash back? The kind of thorough thoughtfulness you just dont see much anymore. Well done!!!

I had to deal with this company through an auto loan I had with them they were bad when they were sac and they even worse now do not do business with this company at all they are the most scamming sneaky company I’ve ever done business with at that time I’m so glad I’m done with them. I would give them a negative 0.
