      Love this branch! Ashley the branch manager is an amazing individual to work with on accounts. I love all the social distancing procedures that they have put into place. I feel safe stepping into the branch.

      I used to enjoy being a member at this Credit union. Online banking has been down for quite some time. In a conversation about my account, I was advised that there is a charge to tell me if my balance. That's a new change. I hope members enjoy that new "feature". I will say that every time I visit the Shadow Lake location, I do receive great service. I'm seeking a new credit union because of my overall disappointment with Cobalt.

      Very disappointed at the service I received from this branch. I came in on 05/02/2022 to request a charge dispute and order a new card. The teller told me he would not initiate the dispute until I tried contacting the merchant. I asked if I could at least get a new card ordered and he told me that he did. It is now 05/13 and I called their video teller service and found out that card was never ordered. So now it will most likely be a full month before I have a debit card. Just cannot believe how downhill Cobalt has gone since they were SAC Their phone app/video teller service was a positive experience. If you need assistance do not even bother coming to this location it will be a waste of time.
