  This is our second time working with Norma Rowe and once again, she made everything work to our best interests from start to finish. This time was for a refinance, we had ideas of how all would play out, but we did not envision getting the rate Norma got for us, the quick closing or the funds that she made possible. We did everything online, which was perfect for my husband at work and me at home. The title company attorney even met us by our home to sign the hard signature papers necessary to close. We closed (online) the next morning and it was that quick and simple. We recommend Norma to anyone we can, she is an amazing mortgage loan broker. A nice person too.   Game Changer! Having lost my job and relocating across the country due to covid, I was struggling to find a way to finish some projects that I had started but were delayed due to supply chain & labor shortages. I had no debt but was short on cash and was feeling the pressure. I had been researching different lending providers for months but was overwhelmed with the lending criteria. I found Norma and Cobblestone Mortgage Corp online while researching my options and sent her an honest, detailed email. She called me right away. She further clarified my situation and gave me some specific steps to put myself in a better place to apply and qualify for a mortgage. I immediately took action and when I called Norma to let her know of my progress a few months later, she immediately took action in response. I had to wait for some paperwork on my end in order to submit my application but Norma walked each step of the journey with me, stayed in regular contact, and kept me abreast of updates or questions along the way. Not only did she get me where I needed to go, she got me there faster and with more funds than I had hoped to borrow. It's hard to express with words how incredibly valuable it is to have a sincere & personal connection with someone when you are dealing with financial matters like mortgages and lending. Even if you have a professional financial background like I do; It matters most when its personal. There was a lot on the line and having Norma on my team was an absolute WIN! I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise, guidance, and genuine understanding. I know I wouldn't have the funds I needed without her. Norma is an absolute professional and I recommend her without hesitation.
