      worst customer service ever. Staff is disrespectful, does not answer questions, and lies about the status of your account- that is if you can even get a hold of anyone in the first place.

      Was the first one in the door this morning and the lobby smelled like B.O. I've also had several issues with the way they apply my credit card payment.

      I don't know what happened with this bank. They used to be great. The only thing I like about them as of now is that my direct deposit comes a day early. It takes way too long for them to process bill payments. I've been robbed of so much money in overdraft fees from these people and I've only banked with them a few weeks. I think I'll be taking my services back to Chase. This place is a disgrace.
