  We live in a gated community that has a posted sign at the entrance that says no soliciting. We literally have a sign on our door that says no soliciting and a giant go away sign. This is bad marketing on your behalf.

  Buyer/Potential Buyer Beware: Prepare to deal with aggressive realtors that throw you away like a piece of garbage when you don't tell them exactly what they want to hear. I reached out to a realtor that I had been following on their personal Instagram since 2019 because my husband and I were looking to rent and/or purchase a home in Las Vegas (we do not currently live in Vegas). This realtor gave me their contact information and began emailing me weekly housing listings which we enjoyed. The realtor began aggressively asking when are we planning on moving and trying to use scare tactics to get us to get the ball rolling faster so they could make a sale. When I told this realtor that my husband weren't planning on moving to Las Vegas for about a year or two due to our current situation, we were just weighing out our options. They responded and said they couldn't be of assistance, referred us to someone else, stopped emailing us weekly listings, they unfollowed me from Instagram ad well as removed me as a follower from their personal Instagram. This was such an immature and petty act of spite because we couldn't give them a sale right away. Never throw away potential clients because this could cost this company a fortune. We have moved on to another company.
