      Amazing staff! They are knowledgeable , friendly, and reliable. Bought of first house from the Julie Gritton team and are so pleased with the whole process.

      Agent Lucy allowed potential buyer to move in prior to settlement, stayed in my home for 5 days and had all keys. The woman had to be evicted by agent. I did not give anyone permission to move in or use my home before settlement. Agent used cleaning lady of her choice and then tried to make me pay the bill. Waited 30 days on a cash sale and then did closing on a holiday and took 5 days to get my check and when I finally got my settlement check it wasn’t a certified check so I have to wait 10 business days to get my money. Lucy has lied throughout the process, I wouldn’t recommend her to list my dogs house or oversee my yard sale full of free items.
