  Working with Colin and his team to buy our first home was an amazing experience and we will be recommending him to anyone we know buying a home in the years to come! He helped the process go by quickly and smoothly. At our closing meeting, even the other realtor was complimenting how quickly Colin moved everything along for us. As first time home buyers, Colin really took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He was always a phone call or text message away and promptly answered any questions that came up for us. Additionally, Colin sent us personalized videos explaining the home buying process, our cash to close/loan estimate, and a few other items we had questions on along the way. We loved this because we always were able to refer back to the videos if we needed a reminder on anything he mentioned. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a home.
