      Collins State Bank was a small town bank and which provided excellent customer service and where all the employees were friendly and made you feel they cared. It was sold to a larger corporation which then expanded a little bit. They added a few employees and some square footage but they kept the old employees and still provide excellent, caring service. I have banked with CSB since 1981 and will continue.

      I went to the ATM there and they charge $3.00 just to get money out. I can think of better ways to spend $3.00, a gallon of milk for my family, a 5 lb. bag of potatoes, etc. I can go to Kwik Trip and not get charged. Other places may charge $1.00 or $1.50, I think $3.00 is excessive. This is definitely not an incentive to bank here. I have no intention of going back.
