      Ryan was very helpful throughout the process. On one item, we ran into an issue with our survey and the way our builder did something(they are the ones we did the original mortgage with). Something wasn't right...he helped talk to the surveyor(I think) or closing team and were able to get the one item corrected without incurring a fee. We appreciate him doing this and appreciate the others that were willing to help get this done/fixed since we had no idea there was a problem until this refi. Thank you Ryan and Team.
