      Came by Saturday to deposit check at 11:37. Despite the hours on here showing it was open till 12, no one was at the bank. Wound up missing an hour of my nieces birthday party for a goose chase. It's nice to have a bank open on the weekends but not so when they don't keep it open in accordance with the posted hours. I'm afraid after this and several other issues (switching to visa, no fraud protection, behind technologically compared to other banks) I will be closing my account that I've had since I was 13. EDIT: It seems they have changed the hours since then, maybe due to my review but they were shown and have been open on Saturday for years. I do not know why they would change these hours.

      Hi Kyle, we are so sorry for your experience on Saturday. Our Saturday hours moved from the Palms location to our Ward Street location back in June. We did update those hours online to reflect that change when it was made, but do apologize if Google reflected something different.
