      I have been calling for a day & half to talk to a human. There is no such thing, at any bank. Just constant streaming ads no matter what button you press. ANSWER THE PHONE

      The reason why I'm giving one star is because Alexis is a very nice young lady. This bank probably would be much better if they train their staff to give good customer service. I never had an account and can't cash my payroll check without depositing it at least not the entire check. They wanted to put a hold on my PAYROLL check for 9 days. I can see if my job and paycheck was out of state but it local. The teller laugh when I said just give me back my check. You can't make deposits by ATM only thru teller. Never had an issue with a bank cashing my check. I'm going to close my account.
