I was having trouble with my account at CCU. I couldn't figure out how to work all of my features and was feeling a great deal of frustration. Lauren, a customer service agent, called me and worked with me until all of my issues were resolved. I couldn't be happier at this point with the service that CCU has provided me and I would highly recommend to friends or family in search of a loan or other services that CCU provides.
